  • “Brent managed our full property refurbishment, including insulation (external walls, loft and lounge), windows, heat pump installation, electrics, decorating and work on the front and back gardens. He also achieved an EPC rating of C. The renovation was complicated by the fact we live abroad, but Brent is easy to contact and responds straight away. In a project this size there are always issues, and they were resolved quickly with excellent communication. We were on a reasonably tight budget, and Brent found us good deals with the tradespeople. He also helped with disposing of unwanted furniture and other items, by selling and giving away, to avoid as much going to landfill as possible. Brent found us new tenants, ready to move in as soon as the work was completed. We are very happy with the project and can highly recommend.”
